I'm Louise, a cruelty free bridal hairstylist based in the West Midlands area.
I have over 3 years of experience in hairstyling. Over this time I have invested in training with some incredible stylists in the UK - Kasia Fortuna (Kristina Gasperas Academy) and Lisa Alger (Lisa Alger Academy).
Hair styling started out as a hobby of mine but quickly turned into a passion and a career for me after I left my precious career in teaching.
I love creating romantic and relaxed styles with a hint of boho. I am based in Balsall Common. West Midlands but also travel throughout the UK.

PRICING
BRIDAL HAIR PACKAGE £270
The bridal hair package includes a trial and your hair styling on the wedding morning.
The trial will approximately take 1 1/2 - 2 hours. During this time I will help you decide what your dream look is by either trying out a couple of styles or recreating a style you have your heart set on.
I will spend the time getting to know your hair type and working out which products work best for you and offer hair care tips to ensure your hair is looking it's best on your wedding day!
BRIDESMAIDS £75
They are your best friends, the sisters you never had and amazing ladies you've chosen to stand by your side. I'm here to make them feel special and look beautiful! I will listen to what they would like and create stunning styles for each of them.
MOTHER OF THE BRIDE/GROOM £75
Your wedding day is a very special day for these ladies and they deserve to be pampered. It's my job to help them look their best. I will create a style that is perfect for them.
* Please note: I don't offer blow dry services
FLOWER GIRLS £20
Your mini - mes are going to be very excited to get dressed up with you on your special day. I used to be a Primary School Teacher so I have the skills to make them feel comfortable whilst getting their hair styled like princesses! Price varies on style wanted.

* Please note I don't use heated tools on children under 5 years.
OTHER GUESTS £70
Other guests are welcome to have their hair styled on your wedding morning too.
TRIALS £70
Trials can be held for Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride or other guests. The trial will approximately last 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
SPECIAL OCCASION HAIR £40 - £100
Engagement shoot, Baby shower, Wedding guest or just a night out with the girls. Any occasion where you want your hair looking the best.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking, Payment and Trials
To secure the booking of your wedding date a £50 booking fee is required by a bank transfer to Louise Delaney. Receipt of the booking fee confirms and secures the availability for your wedding on the agreed date and time. This fee is non – refundable.
The remaining balance is due over two equal payments. The first payment is due within the 7 days after your trial and the final balance is required to be paid four weeks before your wedding date by bank transfer to Louise Delaney.
Trials will be held at my house (CV7). I have very limited weekend availability for trials and therefore 5 months minimum prior to your wedding date I will send out my weekend availability. I cannot guarantee a weekend appointment but I will try my best to accommodate this. I also offer trials on a Wednesday afternoon.
Travel expenses and other expenses
Travel expenses are included within 30 miles from my home address, postcode CV7. Outside of this I will charge 50p for every mile. Distances are calculated using an online journey planner and travel expenses will be agreed during the booking process. Travel expenses are charged for my incoming and outgoing travel.
Accommodation expenses are charged for services for bookings where I would have to leave my home address at or before 5:00am.
This will be discussed and agreed during the booking process.
I will always endeavour to find the most cost-effective option.
Brides Responsibility
It is the Brides responsibility to inform Louise Delaney of any potential issues such as, but not limited to medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. Louise Delaney cannot be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the Bride or Bridal Party if the Bride has not informed her of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Bride at the time of the service.
I reserve the right to cancel the agreement if the behaviour of the Bride is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Bride reports a condition that I deem as a risk to the Brides or Bridal Party’shealth and well-being. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Bride for the service are non-refundable.
My Responsibility
My responsibility will always endeavour to honour the agreement to the best of my ability.
There may be circumstances beyond my control where I become unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such case I will inform the Bride at its earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.
I reserve the right to offer the Bride a refund in the event that it is not able to honour the Agreement. This is entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be discussed openly and honestly with the Bride.
Cancellations and Rearrangements
In the unfortunate event that you will need to cancel your agreement:
• The £50 booking fee that secures your date is non – refundable.
• If your trial has already taken place when you cancel the charge of £70 for your trial will not be refunded.
• If you cancel your Agreement less than 8 weeks before your wedding date you will still be required to pay the full amount quoted during the booking process.
• If you cancel your Agreement more than 8 weeks before your wedding date the payments you have made will not be required to pay the full amount quoted during the booking process.
• Cancellations are only valid via email sent to louisedelaneybridalhair@outlook.com
• If you need to rearrange the date of your wedding the payments made will be transferred to the new date. If I can no longer provide the service on the new date all payments made (not including the booking fee and trial if it has already taken place) will be refunded within 7 days.
Photography and use of images
Your permission will be asked during the booking process if I can use the images/videos taken to post on my social media platforms and on my website.
Changes to services and prices
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
I reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. Notice to these changes will be emailed out to the Bride with as much notice as possible.
Additional important details
The maximum time that I can spend on any one trial is 2.5 hours. Any additional time required for trial sessions will have to be booked as a repeat trial.
If your wedding party is larger than eight people requiring hairstyling or the timings of the morning do not allow I will be required to have an assistant to help. This will be discussed during the booking process as a charge of £50 will be added.
